PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Chicago, IL. You will convert leads, conduct impactful tours, and close leases while providing an outstanding resident experience.

The role rewards proactive follow-up, excellent customer service, and strong knowledge of pricing and competition. You will work weekends and peak leasing hours, using CRM systems to track prospects, deposits, and move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leasing and achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to deliver high-quality tours and close leases.
• Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and customer service orientation.
• Weekend availability and peak leasing hour flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
