PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue while delivering a world-class experience to residents. You will convert leads, conduct tours, and close leases in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leasing or sales experience, are proficient with CRM systems, and can work weekends during peak leasing hours. The role offers commission potential and housing discounts across communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata or RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion and maintain pricing/availability knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Drive traffic and maximize revenue through strategic outreach and events.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
