Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Quincy at Eastfield, a brand-new market-rate property in Selma, NC. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will handle administrative tasks, maintain leasing areas, and support marketing efforts to increase traffic and close rents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and shop competitors.
• Develop on-site marketing activity and referral programs.
