The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for Quincy at Eastfield, a brand-new market-rate property in Selma, NC. Under the Community Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate leasing activities, and support the daily management of the community to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

You will also assist with administrative tasks, rent collection support, and resident events while helping to maintain accurate records in Yardi and meet occupancy

Qualifications

• One year property management experience or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and LIHTC guidelines is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maximize occupancy and revenue by leasing apartments and managing renewals.
• Handle resident inquiries, show apartments, and prepare leasing paperwork accurately.
• Monitor notices, delinquencies, and rent collection; assist in maintaining curb appeal and property standards.
• Support Community Manager in staff coordination and daily operations.
