Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our Quincy at Eastfield property in Selma, NC. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, touring apartments, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) and 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred, with a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and competitive shop to inform strategy.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing and referral programs for move-ins.
• Maintain files and processing of applications, deposits, rents and fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Support Community Manager and assist at other properties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain curb appeal.
