Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Selma, NC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our BRAND NEW market rate property, Quincy at Eastfield. You will manage leasing activities, conduct tours, and generate qualified traffic.

Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy, coordinate move-ins, maintain files, and ensure high levels of customer service. Strong computer skills and experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office are preferred; college education is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitive shop.
• Develop on-site marketing strategies and referrals.
• Maintain lease files, collect fees, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and support resident functions.
