NRP Investments is seeking a Community Assistant for a BRAND NEW market-rate property, Quincy at Eastfield, in Selma, NC. You will support daily property operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks.

The role emphasizes administrative duties, occupancy management, and accurate recordkeeping. On-call duties and weekends may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field; knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing is a plus.
• LIHTC accreditation or designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Maximize cash flow by optimizing revenue, reducing delinquencies, and ensuring timely rent collection.
• Monitor leasing activities, input accuracy, A/R/A/P entries, and monthly closing procedures.
• Assist Community Manager in achieving occupancy goals and preparing renewal leases and market studies.
• Maintain resident files and payroll reporting; ensure timely service and curb appeal.
• Provide excellent customer service and support on-call coverage, weekends, and emergencies.
