Job summary

NRP Group in Selma, NC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Quincy at Eastfield, a market-rate property. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, touring apartments, and coordinating move-ins.

You will conduct market surveys, develop on-site marketing programs, manage referrals, and maintain leasing and occupancy scores while ensuring fair housing compliance. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and competitive shop visits.
• Develop on-site marketing programs and merchant/neighborhood referrals.
• Track renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Assist with service operations to ensure timely responses and curb appeal.
