Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Process rental applications, screenings, and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy including social media marketing.
• Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly.
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable.
• Support property management with administrative tasks as needed.
