Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in Fair Housing are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in and ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain daily unit availability and property calendars.
• Handle resident collections and lease administration.
