Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Two years experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria (ask questions, utilize guest cards).
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; report service needs.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Update availability and process applications (credit check, rental history).
• Assist in monitoring renewals and follow up on notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and gather market information.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and remit to the Assistant Community Manager.
• Type leases and input information into Yardi; review with Community Manager.
• Assist management with other tasks and enforce community policies.
