Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective and current residents, coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy targets. You will lead tours with energy, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process, while maintaining Weidner’s quality standards.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show available apartments.
• Respond to resident and prospective resident inquiries promptly.
• Schedule viewing appointments and convert calls to walk-ins.
• Facilitate the application process to secure leases.
• Maintain follow-up on traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure market-ready apartments and common areas are maintained.
