Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Professional communication in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook preferred; Yardi and Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure clean and rent-ready spaces.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly; set viewing appointments.
• Tour prospects with energy; facilitate the application process at the end of tours.
• Review and process applications promptly; maintain timely communication.
• Monitor traffic and keep marketing/leasing strategies current.
