Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to give directions clearly in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Yardi and Paycom is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and prepare rent-ready apartments and model homes.
• Respond to resident and prospect calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule viewing appointments and convert calls to walk-ins.
• Facilitate the application process and review applications promptly.
• Maintain daily marketing and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure clean, market-ready common areas and amenities.
