You will manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, while coordinating applications and guiding residents through the process.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and reliability, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses tied to community performance.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute daily.
• Able to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software (Yardi, Paycom).
• Follow company policies to ensure Fair Housing and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments to prospects.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails in the morning.
• Coordinate applications and leasing process at end of tours.
• Review and process applications promptly upon receipt.
• Maintain communication with applicants on results and follow up on traffic.
