Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective and current residents, coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to manage time efficiently, and a team-oriented attitude. Training is provided for Weidner processes and software tools used across communities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and open target viewing apartments; ensure clean, rent-ready units and model homes.
• Respond to resident and prospect calls/emails promptly.
• Schedule and conduct tours; facilitate the application process.
• Review and process applications promptly after receipt; communicate results professionally.
• Maintain traffic and follow-up on leasing activities and market readiness.
