• Sell the property's products and services to prospects.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Follow the employee handbook and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service.
• Show available units and follow up on traffic.
• Prepare lease documents and collect deposits per policy.
• Process applications, conduct credit/background checks.
• Ensure apartment readiness for move-in on agreed date.
• Renewals: send letters and prepare renewals.
• Open the leasing office, manage phone etiquette, and respond to voicemails.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain resident information and marketing efforts.
• Assist with events and social media to boost property visibility.
