You will greet prospects, tour communities, and convert qualified applicants into residents while supporting marketing efforts and resident events. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable transportation to manage property visits.

Formación

• 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily settings or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Lease properties and convert prospects to residents.
• Exceed resident experience expectations and engage with them.
• Greet, tour, show, close on qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing; engage in resident events.
• Maintain fair housing compliance and related regulatory duties.
• Walk the property and keep the office and model apartments tidy.
