S2 Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent in Charlotte, NC. You will greet prospects, tour the community, present leasing options, and close qualified deals while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

You will process income and employment verifications, engage in online marketing, and support resident events. Knowledge of ResMan is a plus; a valid driver license is required. Weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Leasing Agent experience in multifamily or 2 years in customer service.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, provide tours, and close leases with qualified residents.
• Process income, employment, and other qualification documents.
• Engage in online marketing and outreach to attract residents.
• Coordinate resident events and uphold fair housing standards.
• Walk the property, maintain lobby and model apartments, and support team needs.
