• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify home preferences.
• Schedule and conduct property and home tours.
• Explain the property's features, amenities, and value.
• Use sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain guest cards and resident files.
• Walk homes before move-in to confirm readiness.
• Contact residents about lease renewals.
• Build relationships with apartment locators and referral sources.
• Complete market surveys and support marketing outreach.
• Receive maintenance requests and follow up.
