Job summary

Commerce-Capital-Partners is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead the leasing function, close sales, and provide outstanding customer service. You will show apartments, process leases, collect deposits, and maintain model units while supporting resident retention efforts.

The role requires knowledge of lease terms, Fair Housing, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability and proactivity in events and renewals are expected to ensure property success.

Qualifications

• Ability to lease apartments and meet monthly quotas.
• Knowledge of lease terms, policies, and Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to train others and enforce procedures.
• Proficient with computer systems and reporting.
• Willingness to work weekends and handle resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment units to prospective tenants with high customer service.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showing; maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain resident and property files; process maintenance work orders as needed.
• Assist with resident events and renewal process; support Property Manager.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers; uphold professional appearance.
