The NRP Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our LIHTC community at 2900 Broadmoor. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma (college preferred), 1 year of customer service or sales, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell and market the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, and coordinate move-ins
• Conduct market surveys and coordinate on-site marketing activities
• Maintain leasing area and file paperwork; ensure compliance with policies
