NRP Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist at our Fort Worth, TX LIHTC community—2900 Broadmoor. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking locally, scheduling tours, and securing rentals.

You will promote resident retention and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating move-ins and paperwork. The role requires strong communication, sales and multitasking skills, plus familiarity with LIHTC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including new development, community management, internal and external communication, and support.
• Maintain passing e-shop, phone shop, and physical shop scores; ensure compliance with policies.
