Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Complete all service requests according to company standards.
• Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests.
