Job summary

Asset Living in Houston seeks a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at the property. Regular on-site attendance is required; you will effectively show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents and sign leases.

You will manage leasing paperwork, assist with audits and market surveys, maintain prospect traffic data, and respond to leads within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and operate on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-ups.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and community events.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure satisfaction; support leasing audits and market surveys.
