Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations, meet leasing and financial goals, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects in our Nashville community.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, smooth operations, and a welcoming on-site presence as you tour properties, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Community Director to achieve property objectives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and prospective tenants, solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Abides by fair housing standards and applicable laws.
