Beacon Communities LLC is seeking an Occupancy Specialist/Leasing Specialist for Stratton Hill in Worcester, MA. The role covers the full leasing cycle, from intake to occupancy, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and excellent customer service to residents and applicants.

The position requires knowledge of subsidy regulations, strong math and organizational skills, and experience with Yardi. Associates degree or equivalent is required, COS designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• COS designation required (depending on property needs); COS with Section 8/236/Rent Supplemental may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Process income certifications/recertifications for multiple affordable housing programs and update Yardi database.
• Process monthly Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Billing.
• Process and transmit TRACS.
