Job summary

ZRS Management in Cary, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, provide property information, and guide applicants through the lease process. You will collaborate with the property manager to keep occupancy high and deliver excellent service.

You will market properties, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies. Flexible weekend availability is required and a career-track, full-time position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms.
• Ensure smooth leasing process.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease agreements.
• Assist future residents with move-in paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Determine resident needs and respond promptly to concerns.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly.
• Plan and conduct resident events as directed.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work one to two weekends per month.
