Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms. You will collaborate with the Property Manager to sustain high occupancy and uphold community standards.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting with reports while maintaining strong resident relations. The role requires a valid license, flexible weekend availability, and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Determine resident needs and respond promptly to concerns.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents.
• Plan and conduct resident events as directed by Property Manager.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work at least one to two weekends per month.
