You will handle lease negotiations, prepare paperwork, respond to inquiries, and stay informed about local market trends and fair housing regulations. Weekend availability is required, with a path to a career in property management.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information
• Market and promote available properties; conduct property tours
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations
• Maintain property standards and resident relations
• Work weekends as needed
