Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, promote available properties, and ensure a smooth leasing process. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate terms, and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, marketing efforts, reporting, and collaborating with the property manager to uphold community standards. Evening and weekend availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and maintain high occupancy.
• Market properties, conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident relationships.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports for management.
