Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease properties to prospective tenants while delivering superior customer service. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and assist with move-ins to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires marketing activities, collaboration with the property manager, and adherence to company policies. Flexibility for weekends and strong knowledge of leasing practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist future residents to ensure a smooth move-in and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Market properties, coordinate events, and promote community visibility.
• Explain lease and community policies and ensure fair housing compliance.
