Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to attract qualified prospects, present available apartments, and guide applicants through the lease process in a fast-paced property management environment.

You will conduct property tours, screen applicants, negotiate terms, and collaborate with the property manager to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Flexible weekend availability is required and the role offers full-time opportunities with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth leasing process.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Maintain high occupancy and excellent customer service.
