Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen tenants and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and present lease terms to prospects.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease agreements.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents through move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
