Job summary

ZRS Management seeks a proactive Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present properties, negotiate leases, and coordinate a smooth move-in process.

You will market available properties, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and work with the property manager to achieve high occupancy while upholding Fair Housing policies. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Plan resident events and uphold Fair Housing regulations.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
• Maintain property standards and collaborate with the Property Manager.
