Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Long Beach, CA, to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. The role expects you to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support renewals, with a 9am–6pm schedule Tue–Sat and a 20% housing discount.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leasing, familiarity with OneSite/Funnel, and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation on property. Benefits include robust health plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing experience preferred.
• Prior experience using OneSite/Funnel preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Maintain show units and communicate maintenance needs to staff.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond to resident questions and document requests to ensure satisfaction.
