Greystar is seeking a leasing professional in Long Beach to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support lease renewals, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience and familiarity with property management systems. Onsite duties include showing apartments, processing applications, and maintaining the leasing office and show units.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OneSite/Funnel preferred.
• Proven ability to meet leasing goals and deliver strong resident service.

Responsabilités

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, and coordinate move‑in packages.
• Conduct tours and screen applicants for credit and background.
• Maintain show units and communicate upkeep needs to maintenance.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and outreach.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leases and renewals.
• Maintain relationship with residents and respond to questions promptly.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive traffic and inquiries.
