Role requires strong customer service and sales skills, ability to monitor market conditions, and use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and renewal programs.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, credit/criminal checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies for concessions and specials.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic (online listings, referrals, employer outreach) and tracks results.
• Maintains data in on-site software to monitor availability, traffic, and resident information.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and staffs the leasing office for daily activities.
• Contacts prospects and new residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Manages lease renewals by preparing renewal letters/packages and coordinating timing with residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and documents requests.
