RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-ins.

Strong communication and sales skills are essential. The role requires weekend availability, ability to work in an office setting, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Proficient with property management software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Manage marketing and leasing activities to drive occupancy.
• Maintain show units and property appearance to meet standards.
• Handle renewals and respond to resident concerns.
• Ensure safety and admin reporting for the property.
