29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant in Camp Springs, MD to assist with leasing and occupancy across our multifamily properties. You will work closely with Community Managers, handle resident and prospect inquiries, and help ensure model units and tours are prepared.

This full-time on-site role requires strong organization, reliable communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and supervisors.
• Reliability in time reporting and duties.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy across properties.
• Serve as first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Check vacant units for readiness for tours and maintain model unit areas.
• Assist with lease processing, move-ins, and renewals.
• Support marketing efforts and open houses as needed.
