Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Silver Spring, MD area to welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours. The role involves handling inquiries, processing applications and leases, and supporting occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the property management team to ensure a welcoming leasing office and accurate records, while delivering outstanding service to current and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience is required.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prospect traffic.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units remain professional and welcoming.
