Job summary

The Cardinal Leasing Team Member is a full-time, non-exempt role in New York focused on achieving 100% occupancy through proactive leasing, resident retention and timely pre-leasing of upcoming availability.

You will greet prospects, explain community features, process applications, close leases and maintain accurate leasing files while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork in all property operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service orientation and people skills.
• Strong communication, both in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Greet prospective clients and present the community.
• Process lease applications and maintain lease files.
• Support planning of community events.
• Follow Cardinal leasing standards and training.
