Job summary

This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving occupancy, and supporting leasing goals in a fast-paced, outdoor/indoor property environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, presenting homes, processing applications, maintaining records, and contributing to community events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by ensuring Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Greet prospective clients and present the community and apartment homes.
• Answer leasing calls and determine needs and preferences.
• Close the lease and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain lease file documentation and audits as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
