Job summary

Cardinal Group in Dallas is seeking a Leasing Team Member to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on leasing current and future availability, welcoming prospects, presenting the community, and processing lease paperwork.

The role emphasizes a high-energy, customer-focused approach with strong sales skills, working evenings and weekends as needed in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by warmly greeting prospective clients, answering calls, determining needs, presenting the community and apartments, selling benefits, closing the sale, and following up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in lease file audits as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
