Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, resident relations and community operations. The role aims for 100% occupancy through retention of residents and proactive leasing of available units.

The position requires 1–2 years in customer service and sales, a high-energy approach, strong communication, and availability for evenings and weekends. Training and advancement within Cardinal U are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients warmly, qualify needs, present the property, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, assist clients, internal teams or vendors as needed.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospects of results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports.
• Maintain tour route for curb appeal and assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
