Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 268-unit community in San Jose. The role emphasizes guest engagement, tours, applications, and move-in execution while maintaining high service standards.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in Yardi, Funnel, and CRM systems. The pay is hourly and bonuses may apply based on performance, with a flexible, resident-focused work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
