Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a friendly leasing consultant to attract, screen, and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process. You will conduct property tours, promote vacancies, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with the property manager to maintain high occupancy, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, and respond promptly to inquiries. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen tenants, promote properties, and negotiate lease terms.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate move-in processes.
• Maintain occupancy targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Support weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Promote fair housing and ethical standards in all actions.
