ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote available properties, and guide residents through the leasing process. You will work with the property manager to maintain high occupancy and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, negotiating lease terms, and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility for weekends and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about properties.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants for suitability.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email and set appointments.
