Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our Frederick, MD communities. You will help residents find homes, manage tours, and process applications to maintain full, compliant, welcoming properties.
The role requires 2+ years leasing experience, familiarity with LIHTC/HUD programs, Fair Housing, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Yardi and a HS diploma are preferred; COS/TCS certification is a plus.
Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 | Full Time | Monday–Friday | 40hrs

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
