Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor to lead our leasing team and elevate resident experiences. You will assist the Community Manager in sales strategy, coach leasing consultants, and ensure exceptional customer service across the community.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Coach and train leasing consultants to achieve community goals.
• Lease apartment homes and educate residents on community information.
• Ensure high customer loyalty and satisfaction through timely service.
• Develop programs to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, moves, and transfers.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor changing market conditions.
• Plan resident activities and events to foster community connections.
